Festival "NUOVI SPAZI MUSICALI" 2022

On October 11 2022 Annna Pavlova is going perform at the Contemporary Music Festival "Nuovi Spazi Musicali" in Ascoli Piceno, Italy. Besides music by Shchedrin, Denisov, Stravinsky and Ginastera she is going to perform 'Appearances' by Stefano Cucci and premiere the piece 'Istantanee di Guerra' (2022) by Leonardo Rizzo.

ABOUT ANNA PAVLOVA

Anna Pavlova is a concert pianist living in Vienna, Austria. Born in the rural city Penza (Russia), she received her early musical education at the Penza Music School and the Penza Music College in the class of G. A. Grossman. She pursued and completed her graduate degree at the Saratov State Conservatory L. V. Sobinov under Prof. L. I. Shugom. After a short stint as lecturer at the Saratov State Conservatory she moved to Austria to continue her piano performance studies with Prof. Oleg Marshev at the Anton Bruckner University where she graduated with distinction in 2016. Anna also holds a Master of Arts degree in Pedagogy from the Anton Bruckner University in Linz, which she finished under the tutelage of Prof. Michael Korstick in 2019. Her artistic formation was also influenced greatly in masterclasses foremost by Prof. Michael Korstick and Albert Mamriev as well as such renowned musicians as A. Greene, Ch. Hinterhuber, E. Kupie, W. Nabore, N. Petrow, S. Pochekin, N. Trull and M. Voskresensky.

​Anna Pavlova regularly performs at music festivals and concert halls all over the world. As a soloist and member of chamber music ensembles Anna has performed in concert halls in Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Russia, Ukraine and the United States, where she debuted with a recital at the Carnegie Hall (Weill Recital Hall) in New York in 2015. She also has been featured as soloist with various symphony orchestra headed by A. Ivanov (Russia), E. Serov (Russia), V. Ponkin (Russia), I. Kazhdan (Ukraine), O. Balan (Cantu, Italy), F. Krager (USA), I. Iliev (Bulgaria) and Ch. Fitzner (Germany).

COMPETITION ACHIEVEMENTS

Since her first victory at the International Young Pianist Piano Competition in Gelendzhik (Russia) 1998 at the age of 8, Anna Pavlova has garnered awards and honors from many important piano competitions throughout the world. Her latest achievement is the 1st Prize at the International Piano Competition "Franceso Paolo Neglia" 2022 in Enna, Italy. Anna Pavlova is also a laureate of prestigious competitions, such as:
